Services We Provide

• We offer online TTRPG experiences (both one-time sessions and multi-session campaigns), organized and run via Discord and other virtual platforms. Sign-ups are handled through a token system, which players use to reserve seats.

How Fulfillment Works

1. Signing Up with Tokens
   • After you acquire or purchase a token, you use it to sign up for a seat in a one-time session or a multi-session campaign.
2. Seat Confirmation via Discord
   • We do not send email confirmations. Instead, we will direct-message you on Discord once you’re officially assigned a seat.
   • This seat assignment is typically confirmed no later than 24 hours before the session starts (if it’s a single session) or before the first session of the campaign.
   • If, for any reason, you are not assigned a seat (e.g., no spots left, scheduling conflict), your token remains unspent and can be used for another session or campaign.
3. Delivery of the Service
   • One-Time Sessions: The scheduled date/time is posted, and you’ll receive a Discord message with the virtual tabletop link (if applicable) and session details well in advance.
   • Campaigns: Similar procedure, but if it’s multi-session, we’ll keep you informed of the schedule for each upcoming session via Discord or channel announcements.
4. No Physical Goods
   • Everything is provided digitally—character slots, session invites, campaign materials. There is no physical shipping or mailing of items.

Refunds & Credits

1. Token-Based Refunds
   • If you are unable to attend a session or if the session/campaign is canceled, you’re entitled to a refund in the form of tokens. We do not issue refunds in cash or credit card reversals. All refunds are done automatically via the Project Aurora Quest  Queue Bot. If issues occur, please create a ticket with out tech support staff.
   • Example: If you signed up for a one-time session and cannot make it, we’ll credit your account with the same number of tokens you initially used.
2. No Show / Session Cancellation
   • No Show: If you fail to show up to a session, that session’s token is refunded back to your account automatically.
   • Campaign Session Canceled (GM or external reasons): We credit your account with one token (equivalent to that session’s cost). This is done automatically.
3. Rescheduling
   • If a one-time session is rescheduled (e.g., GM sickness), we notify you on Discord. You can either keep your seat for the new time or get your token refunded to reuse later.
4. Full Campaign Withdrawal
   • If you’re midway through a multi-session campaign and wish to withdraw, any unused sessions’ tokens can be credited back to your account. (Exact session counts may vary if a campaign is partially completed.)

Unified Policy for One-Time & Campaign Seats

• Same Procedure: Both single-session games and multi-session campaigns use the token system for sign-ups, Discord for seat confirmation, and the same refund-in-tokens approach.
• Scheduling & Announcements: We post times/dates in the relevant Discord channels; you sign up using tokens, then wait for seat confirmation in your DMs.

Policy Updates

• We may update this policy as our scheduling or token systems evolve. We’ll post any major changes in our Discord announcements or website updates at least 7 days before they take effect.

Final Reminder:

• You always get your seat confirmation via Discord DM.

If your seat isn’t confirmed, your token remains unspent.

• Refunds happen only as token credits, never cash/card returns.
